How to get rid of jealousy

Being jealous is natural, whether it is friend jealousy, or boyfriend/ girlfriend jealousy there are ways to overcome it. It is bad spending time wishing you had what others have. It is time to appreciate what you have or trust to your significant other.

  1.  Recognize the problem - Understand why you are upset, or at the situation. It is always best to plan out what you're going to say especially in person. 
  2. Improving the problem - Engage yourself in positive doings, and surround yourself with positive people to get rid of any negative feedback running through your mind. 
  3. Forget the problem - What you can remember is that the situation is not always going to be around, it is best to forgive and forget.
